    Lighting fast shipping and delivery. The ams lite was packaged well and the box had fragile labels on it.Every thing in the description is exactly what I received. The Ams is used but is in great condition. The Ams even came with a test pyramid model but i wanted to test it myself and was not disappointed. It was listed at a great value and am a satisfied customer. Can definitely recommend this seller. Thanks.

    Great seller. Has become my go-to vendor for anything computer related because of the value offered. Everything I have bought has always been as described. Doesn’t always have everything I want but I check here first. Competes with Newegg, Tiger Direct, Walmart, without a problem. I use local pickup so don’t deal with shipping or packaging.

    The item arrived in great packaging. Unfortunately the machine did not function properly. I contacted seller and the response was very quick. Started a return and received a refund immediately. The seller has been great and understandable through the process and it's a shame the machine had a malfunction that can not be fixed. It was a used machine and listed as such. Great customer service! I gave the item a five star as it was listed used and came exactly as described. Thanks again.
