I contacted the seller who very promptly offered to send a replacement. It too was damaged, but company agreed to refund. I'd happily give 5 stars for customer service, but rather less for warehouse/shipping. Unfortunately, inadequate packaging, with items delivered by EVRI-body's favourite courier - so I suppose the outcome was inevitable. Take your chances depending on what you are buying.
