The box was listed as damaged, which was fine because the price reflected that. However, there was no apparent damage to the actual Funko Pop by viewing the photos and reading the listing but it was damaged to my dismay. The seller offered a full refund or a 20% refund to keep item. I thought 20% more off the price paid was fair so I took it. Problem resolved so I am happy enough now.
