Extremely well packed/arrived safely today. This seller is by far my favourite USA Lemax seller. Items always look fresh. Amazing care taken over the items, packed beautifully/dispatched quickly. Always attaches a thank you for supporting my small business sticker to the box, it is pleasure to buy from John. Happy to recommend too. Is a credit to ebay 5*+ Thank you

To start, they were very rude and ignored my messages and questions about the item but I purchased it anyway because I didn’t know where else I can find it. I paid $7.10 for shipping for a tiny little item (lemax spooky town crypt very small) and all that money and shipping it still arrived broken so it was supposed to be a new condition. Wasn't at all worth the price. And again seller was very rude and unprofessional. Look elsewhere

Toy was not opened as described so I believe it was either damaged in transit or broke due to age of the toy. Contact seller and was offered a refund. Decided to keep and try to fix myself because it is a gift for my 3 year old who loves Harry Potter. Would purchase again from this seller because transaction and communication was great and seller was willing to rectify the issue promptly. Delivery was delayed but not fault of seller.
