    The item was DOA and packaged was not secured, seller has GREAT COMMUNICATION and Immediately ISSUED REFUND when I filed it. In all my decades I have never seen a negative volt meter reading, we even tried a high end industrial charger, it didn't even recognize the battery it was so bad. I wish the item worked as advertised, but none the less the seller took care and remedied the problem. Would consider purchasing from them again.
