Poor packaging and was mailed in an oversized envelope and should have been mailed in a box with protective wrapping. Damaged box devalues the bobblehead for potential resale. Seller wrote on the envelope the content of the item which a thief could have stolen it. I tried to contact seller to resolve this issue but no response. Buyer beware and look at all the other negative feedbacks against this seller. Poor customer service.

I purchased with the intent to grade as the cards pictured were all easily 7 or above. However, the set that was sent one of the cards actually had a small portion of the name cut off. I tried to reach out to the seller and give them a chance to remediate the situation however the seller won't even respond to my messages. All the cards were stuffed into a single sleeve for shipping and shipped with no extra protection
