The bike itself was exactly as it had been depicted in the photos. At my behest, the seller sent me a photo of part of the bike which had been mentioned in the description but which was not among the posted photos. They also added text to the picture to make sure the area of interest was clearly indicated. All in all, I would unhesitatingly purchase another bike from this seller. Highly, highly recommended - buy with confidence!

The condition of the bike did not match the description and they supported me working with a local bike shop to restore the bike to advertised condition. Communication was prompt and positive. Best customer service experience that I can remember. Next time I'm looking for a used bike I will certainly look at what they have in stock.
