Seller proactively contacted me when they noticed that Evri seemed to have lost the item (tracking confirmed Evri collected the item and then nothing). They offered to refund or resend item. I was happy to wait as it was the Easter holidays which causes postal delays. Eventually seller resent item which did arrive.,
