When I contacted the seller they informed me that photos had been included in the advertising and, because it was a food item, I could not return it for a refund. I don't know why I didn't see the photos as I would not have purchased it if I had. I had to decant all the tea bags and find other ways to store them which was not helpful. The teabags are individually wrapped so there was no risk of damage to the actual bags. The late delivery, as communicated, was down to an error at Royal Mail, and tracking showed it was sat at the depot for some time.
