Opened on day 33 as it was a gift; seller relied on the 30-day limit and refused replacement. Condition and quality did not match the listing, and seller was unwilling to stand behind their product. We check every model before shipping and this model was in perfect condition. I even shipped it a more expensive way to get it quicker to you (we don’t charge shipping) you never contacted me about any issues until more a month after it arrived. We always stand behind our models and work with every customer! I offered multiple ways to resolve this of which you didn’t reply to. When I questioned the long time to report damage to me, you just ignored and went to eBay.
