Great proactive communication (for updates on preparation/checks pre-shipping and then when it was shipped). Everything as described and shipped quickly (this was via Japan Post EMS). I already had Form 5106 on file so it cleared US customs quickly (import duty was around 5%). Delivery was made by US Postal Service (the delivery express package drivers). Hard shell case well packaged in a sturdy box. Guitar was in prestine condition. Highly recommended.

The packaging didn’t have much packing but the soft case it came with seems to have protected it just fine. I recommend this seller to others.
