These are the terms and conditions on which we agree to sell products to you.

Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. These terms tell you who we are and how we work.
2. INFORMATION ABOUT US AND HOW TO CONTACT US
2.1 Who we are
We are Luxury Collection Resale Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 14766399 and our registered office is at 4 Kings Row, Maidstone, Kent, ME15 6AZ. Our registered VAT number is 438620391.

2.3 How we may contact you
If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address provided to us in your order.
2.4 Writing includes emails
When the words “writing” or “written” are used in these terms, this includes emails.
3. LUXURY COLLECTION RESALE LTD
3.1 You, the client acknowledge and agree that Luxury Collection is limited to acting as an intermediation platform between buyers and sellers.
3.2 Luxury Collection Resale Ltd shall not at any time act as a reseller of the products and shall not become the owner of the products at any point in time.
3.3 Each private seller shall act solely on its behalf and shall never act as an agent or representative of Luxury Collection. Luxury Collection shall not be a party to the contract of sale between the buyer and seller and hereby disclaims liability for such a contract or its consequences.
4. YOUR ORDER
4.1 If we are unable to accept your order, you will be informed of this in writing and you will not be charged for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which could not be reasonably planned, or because a credit reference we have obtained does not meet our minimum requirements, we have identified an error in the price or description of the product, or you have failed to provide us with the evidentiary documentation requested to verify your identity and the legitimacy of your order; or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
4.2 An order number will be assigned to your order and you will be notified of this, as well as acceptance of your order. It would help us if your order number is provided for any correspondence relating to your order.
5. PRODUCTS
5.1 The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. They, however, represent the condition of the item in correspondence with the description.
5.2 Although we make every effort to ensure colours are displayed accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from these images.
5.3 The packaging of the product may vary slightly from what is shown in pictures on our website.
5.4 Each item is purchased “AS IS”. While Luxury Collection provides a lifetime guarantee of authenticity, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee of workmanship.
5.5 Should the purchased item show any kind of defect in the future, the cost of repairing the item falls solely on the buyer.
6. YOUR RIGHTS TO MAKE CHANGES
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered please contact us. If the order has not already been dispatched, we will inform you if this is possible and of any changes to the price, the supply time or anything else which would be necessary as a result. We will ask that you confirm if you wish to proceed with the change.
7. PROVIDING THE PRODUCTS
7.1 During the order process, we will inform you when we will provide the products to you. We endeavour that your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. This however may take up to 30 days.
7.2 Delivery costs will be displayed to you on our website, for rates excluding any additional insurance cover. Any additional amount due for insurance coverage is to be covered by the client. We highly recommend that all orders are sent fully insured, and we shall not be liable in the event of a loss. Whilst this is not a set amount for all items, should a quotation be necessary, we advise the client to contact us before proceeding with the purchase.
7.3 Delivery address
Luxury Collection will only deliver an order to the address on file. Any requests to change the address will not be considered and may be considered fraud. The client agrees to select the correct address before placing the order.
7.4 We are not responsible for delays outside our control.
If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. If there is a risk of substantial delay due to our operations, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
7.4.1 In the event of an order being delayed by the delivery service, this is outside of our control and consequently, we are not liable. Although Luxury Collection is committed to helping clients at every step of the process, we are not responsible for packages lost during transit, nor for any weather-related damage or delays. Any dispute should be raised directly with the relevant party. We will however provide the required assistance to raise your dispute.
7.5 Forwarding addresses
We are not responsible for any shipments ordered to forwarding addresses, regardless of the shipping service used. The buyer who places an order and provides such an address is solely responsible for contacting the forwarding service and locating the shipment.
7.6 Customs delivery duties
7.6.1 Any customs duties or taxes due for international shipments are solely responsible to be paid for by the client.
7.6.2 Should you not wish to pay these and reject the delivery, this will result in a 10% relisting fee with delivery costs also not being reimbursed.
7.7 Collection by you
If you have requested to collect the products from our premises, you can collect them during an appointment arranged with at least 24 hours prior notice.
7.8 If you are not home when the product is delivered
If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, our delivery partners will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
7.9 When you become responsible for the goods
A product will be your responsibility and at your risk from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us, or you or a carrier organised by yourself collected the product from us.
7.10 When you own the goods
You own a product once we have received payment in full.
7.11 What will happen if you do not give us the required information
We may need certain information from you so that we can supply the products to you. This may, for example, include but not be limited to certain forms of personal identification documents and a proof of address in the form of a redacted bank statement. We will contact you in writing to ask for this information.
7.11.1 If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we may either end the contract or make an additional charge of a reasonable sum to compensate us for any extra work that is required as a result.
7.11.2 We will not be responsible for supplying the products late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you not giving us the information we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.
8. YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT
8.1 All sales are final
Items marketed on our website are sold through our platform on behalf of individual private sellers and Luxury Collection merely acts as an online marketplace on behalf of private sellers and private buyers. We advise that at all times, the legal title to the items sold through our website (www.luxury-collection.co.uk) remains with the individual private sellers until the sale. Correspondingly, all sales are final and Luxury Collection cannot accept any returns, refunds or exchanges for items bought through our website (www.luxury-collection.co.uk) and by making a purchase, you agree to this.
8.2 You can cancel your contract with us
You can cancel your contract with us in accordance with the provisions outlined below.
8.2.1 If what you have bought is faulty or misdescribed you may have a right to cancel the contract;
8.2.2 If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us;
8.2.3 You must either return the goods in person to where you bought them or post them back to us at Luxury Collection. We will pay the costs of return if the products are faulty or misdescribed.
8.3 How we will refund you
We will refund you the price you paid for the products including delivery costs, by the original method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, such as if the item has since been worn and/or damaged, or in the packaging that you received it with, including the authentication tag attached. The item must be returned 100% as it was delivered to you.
8.4 When your refund will be made
We will make any refunds due to you once we have confirmed receipt of the return if applicable. Alternatively, this will be processed as soon as possible.
9. OUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT
9.1 We may end the contract if you break it
We may end the contract for a product at any time if:
9.1.1 You do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products, for example, identification and documents to verify the order; or
9.1.2 We identify reasons why we would be unable to fulfil the order.
9.2 If the contract is breached by yourself, you agree to forfeit a 25% non-refundable deposit. The buyer will be issued a partial refund upon the return of the item in its original condition (unused and undamaged with all original accessories and tags still intact), additionally with postal fees at the cost of the buyer.
10. PRICE AND PAYMENT
10.1 Where to find the price for the product. The price of the product will be the price indicated on the order pages when you place your order. We use our best efforts to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct.
10.2 All prices are inclusive of VAT where specified, which as a business we are legally required to collect and is charged to the seller inclusive of our commission rate.
10.3 Since all sales are final, any attempt at a chargeback or fraudulent activity will result in us using all possible legal actions.
10.4 How we may use your personal information

11. OUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU
11.1 We are responsible to you for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking this contract or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
11.2 We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or, if at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.
11.3 Our total liability in respect of the product or any breach, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, including loss or damage during collection, storage or return, shall not, in any event, exceed the value of the relevant order.
11.4 We are not liable for business losses
We only supply the products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss or profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
12. OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
12.1 Nobody else has any rights under this contract, except someone you pass your guarantee on to. This contract is between you and ourselves. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
12.2 If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force
Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
12.3 Even if we delay in enforcing this contract, we can still enforce it later
If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these terms, or if we delay in taking steps against you in respect of your breaking this contract, that will not mean that you do not have to do such things and it will not prevent us taking steps against you at a later date. For example, if you miss a payment and we do not chase you but we continue to provide the products, we can still require you to make the payment at a later date.
12.4 Which laws apply to this contract and where you may bring legal proceedings
These terms are governed by English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in either the Scottish or the English courts.
12.5 All terms and conditions concerning payment, delivery and how you may be refunded also apply to the buyer’s bank and or credit card used to make this purchase. This includes our no-returns policy.
12.6 No buyer’s remorse
Luxury Collection is committed to fairness and transparency with all buyers and sellers and we ask for the same in return. If at any point you require assistance with any aspect of your purchase, such as more information or pictures, please contact us directly before committing to such purchase.
12.7 Original receipts
All receipts provided with sales are redacted for GDPR protection purposes. This is to protect either the seller’s or the original purchaser s details. Some items may have been purchased from department stores and consequently may show an item code instead of regular full details as would show on a boutique receipt.
12.8 The client is responsible for ensuring that emails from us are not filtered as junk or spam by their email provider
Should we contact you during any stage of the order process and it is consequently filtered, we will not take responsibility for such, however, we may attempt to contact you by alternative means.
12.9 We value hearing from our clients and are always open to suggestions on how we can improve the service. By providing your feedback you agree that you are giving up any rights you have in your feedback so that we may use and allow others to use it without any restriction and without any payment to you.
