Arrived with paint chipped in a few places sent pics and they refunded 50 bucks. Quick response. Maybe better packing would help. I have mounted the bumper and like it. Be prepared to spend some time assembling, very difficult to reach bolts and nuts in some areas. It helps to have two people when assembling and mounting.
