    Shipping was fast and item was packaged very well. Unfortunately, the Installation DVD was not compatible with my 2009 iMac so I was not able to actually use the software. But the Seller handled the refund request promptly and professionally, and did not even require me to return the item A full refund was issued less than 2 hours after I submitted the refund request. Worked for me!
