It was 2 weeks before the bidet arrived, and when it did, the box was beat up, torn open on one end, and taped closed over several areas. The bidet was wet, presumably from exposure, and installation pieces were missing! The seller personally tracked the package until it's arrival and immediately reimbursed me for missing pieces. Seller is reasonably priced and consumer conscious!
