Totally brand new condition, and a higher quality than most of the newer Hallmark ornaments! Shipping was fast despite delays from a snow storm, and packaging was perfect. The seller was very kind and helpful throughout this whole ordeal. I am proud to say that I now own a piece of Peoria State Hospital's history and it was purchased at a fair price. The item's condition was as described and exactly what was shown in the photos provided.
