The seller did eventually respond and while one of my orders was refunded i was able to receive the other order I had placed. Once in contact the seller was very communicative and amenable to helping any way they could. I received the green labubu and it was certified authentic through popmart! I would buy from the seller again for labubus, though maybe reach out to them first if youre on a deadline.
