I discovered that the DVD drive was not working when I first set up the PC. I reached out to the seller, and they responded immediately. Without any hassle, they graciously sent me a replacement drive completely free of charge.

The hard drive is as described and tested fine and was a fair value. Over all I give this seller 5 stars and I would use sellers services in the future.
