The box itself wasn't in good condition, and the pin was rough. The seller is communicative, and if there were any mistakes, they were fixed immediately. Not the seller's fault, but I would like to mention that the camera is quite mediocre for a flagship.

The value could not be beaten by anyone that I could find. The delivery was extremely efficient arriving in just over 2 days to Northern Ireland. First class quality and a beautiful phone. Setup was a breeze migrating from a Oneplus device. I would highly recommend them and I will be back to shop again.

Unfortunately, I quickly discovered one of the mics wasn't working. On contacting the seller, they swiftly apologised and said just to send it back for a refund. Everything went exactly as promised. I had no problem at all and am really impressed with the way the whole process was handled. Disappointed that the phone had a fault, but that's a risk you take buying used. Well done to the seller though.

Shipping was tracked although outside of the control of the seller the courier did not attempt to knock or press the door bell and left the package on the doorstep. Thankfully the tracking notification alerted me to the package that had been delivered but left in public view on the door step.

Very competitive price. Came with a plastic screen protector and latest OS patches installed. I've ordered a few 2nd-hand phones from ebay over the years and this is the only seller who's ever gotten it 100% right and without any shadiness. I know where I'll be coming back to for another when I inevitably drop this and crack the screen in about 17 seconds time! Top marks all round.
