I messaged the seller and they immediately offered a solution of complete replacement. I said I could do the repair, so they sent me a replacement wheel in great working order at no cost to myself. I could not be happier with the outcome. Great people to deal with and I'm happy using my new/used G602 as other mice aren't as nice.
