    This item and Atelier Dusk Trilogy were a combo deal. Communication was prompt and accomodating. I made a good offer to get both and seller very kindly accepted. PGD actually went above kindness to make this deal more than fair, even followed through on refunding extra shipping costs. The quality was defniitely Like New, barely touched.     The item came exactly as it appeared in the pictures! It is a great quality item and is in very new condition. It was shipped in thick protective packaging and the price was great! The shipping cost was fair and the package came quickly. I would definitely recommend this seller!

    The disk arrived in good packaging, it was in a jewel case with a crack in it, but hey who cares? It came in a very scratched condition and would not load despite the description, however the seller offered a refund for a return, I would like to try to get this disk resurfaced and hopefully working so I compromised with him to get another item of his discounted. Regardless you probably wont regret buying from this seller.
