    The items arrived on time, very well protected and packaged. Unfortunately, the Y690K cable was missing but the seller was very responsive and shipped a X349K cable (very similar) as soon as alerted. The items are in clean, good working condition. I am happy with this purchase and would use this seller again in the future.

    Item arrived in a reasonable time, excellently packaged, and despite being described as “Used” was in perfect condition. Seller accepted my offer within minutes so I got a great value. Installation was a breeze and the rails are working perfectly for my Poweredge R620. A+++ seller!!!

    Arrived in perfect condition (although shipping was horrible!). I can't blame the seller for an absolutely horrible shipping experience; thank you FedEx and USPS for losing my delivery for 2 weeks, then delivering a crushed box! However, the seller packed the rails well, so they arrived in perfect form in lieu of the crushed box. Again, this is NOT the seller's fault! I'll definitely shop from them again in the future!
