Items were well packed and protected and there were at least 3 bright red "Fragile" stickers on the shipping box. Unfortunately the carrier did not treat the box as if there were fragile items within its contents and the box arrived smashed on one end. Somehow only one glass was broken in the process. The remaining 5 glasses are beautiful and in very good condition as described. This was a very good purchase even with 1 broken. I'd recommend this seller.
