I’m very happy with the winch and the price. Packaging was good. My only comment is on the surprisingly slow logistics in the US. The parcel took longer to get from when I paid the vendor in Massachusetts to delivery at my shipping company in New York, than it did from New York to delivery in South Africa. Not complaining, just surprised.

The USPS managed to ship the item to a city 3 hours away, after it had arrived in my city, which added 3 days to the delivery, but not the seller’s fault.
