A return label was provided free of charge before we stopped communications. eBay trust and safety team notified of this buyer. Leaving a negative remark like this, as a positive feedback, is not allowed. And they are only doing so because I wouldn’t give them a free game. That’s feedback extortion and manipulation. Disappointing. A full refund will be issued when the item is returned, in same condition.
