The seller has been great and understandable through the process and it's a shame the machine had a malfunction that can not be fixed. It was a used machine and listed as such. Great customer service! I gave the item a five star as it was listed used and came exactly as described. Thanks again.

For the seller using stock photos, the printer I received looked brand new. Everything was included to run the printer except for filament, and manual as stated in description. The printer works perfectly as expected and has fairly low hours on it. Great price for lightly used product. I'd highly recomend purchasing from this seller. The iPad I ordered came fast and was in excellent condition. It was also well packaged and came with its original box. So far I have no problems with it. I was skeptical at first buying a used iPad from eBay but the sellers positive ratings convinced me to do so. If you have doubts or are thinking about purchasing something, it is guaranteed that you will receive excellent products from this seller!
