    Item was not the correct part for my car (though the configurator said it was), but it was a pleasure working with this seller...as soon as I explained the situation and sent them a pic showing the part that came out of the car next to their part, they offered to exchange for the correct part but my mechanic had already sourced the correct part locally, so they approved the return and provided a full refund as soon as they received the part and verified that it was as received...thank you!
