My items never arrived even though she said she mailed out two, one by UPS and one by USPS. She gave tracking numbers but both said the item never arrived. I have contacted so many times and they lied to me each time saying they dropped off to UPS and post office. I contacted both UPS and post office as I really wanted my pan and both said they never received item. They did refund my money but it's the pan I wanted.
