A massive thank you to Jasmine who replied immediately to let me know what was happening. Top class comms, excellent customer support and top notch screws, bolts and washers - I needed A2 stainless steel quality rather than cheapo plated things. Thanks very much GWR - excellent quality and highly recommended.
