    Exactly as described. Very fast shipping! I made the mistake of ordering this item from ezvacuum first. They sent the wrong part so I shipped it back using their provided shipping label. They never sent me the correct part or give me a refund on my purchase. They stopped responding to my repeated messages. You guys have been great though! I wish I would’ve ordered from you to begin with! Thanks!

    Excellent seller, great communication! They inspected the filter before shipping it and found it had been damaged. They let me know right away and attempted to get a replacement, but the unit is on backorder. They then gave me a full refund. I really appreciate that they took the time to inspect their stuff instead of just sending it. It saved me a huge amount of time and stress. I'll definitely be reordering once the filter is back in stock.

    Original package was never delivered or lost seller promptly replaced and sent new one out looks a little smaller than the one I ordered but I am just happy to have a crevice attachment again seller kept in communication at all times and was polite and prompt thank you for resending quickly
