Contacted seller, their response was very quick. They provided an new tracking number. Then the package got caught in a loop between two cities. I was not sure I was going to get the package. Then the package appeared in my mail box. All I can say is the seller was very quick to respond to my concernes. I am happy with my purchase.

They couldn't be retrieved nor found. The seller was very understanding and offered me a refund or redelivery.
