Order had a couple of snags... but seller was helpful and corrected issues. 1) Provided wrong tracking # (discovered because item marked delivered & had not received it). 2) Only sent one ball cap (ordered a 2 pack). Seller immediately corrected both issues.... I received the second cap as promised. Thank you.

Contacted seller, their response was very quick. They provided an new tracking number. Then the package got caught in a loop between two cities. I was not sure I was going to get the package. Then the package appeared in my mail box. All I can say is the seller was very quick to respond to my concernes. I am happy with my purchase.

Despite spending time trying to locate the package, the Post Office was unable to find it and determined that they had given this package and many other packages to someone else. They couldn't be retrieved nor found. The seller was very understanding and offered me a refund or redelivery.
