I tried several more times to give them a chance to make things right but they chose to ignore the problem. They already are charging a ridiculously high price for these things but can’t be bothered to care once they get their money. After over a week of no shipping I had to contact to inquire I was asked if I could wait a few weeks for them to receive “raw materials “. I was asked if I wanted to cancel my order I paid immediately and of course I haven’t had any communication or the money refunded. If I wanted an item in a month I wait and buy the item in a month I’ve been using EBay for a long time and trust to purchase items with confidence
