These refills are genuine from the company. I checked the refill and the pen before shipping and there was noting wrong with the refill. Unless you revise this false feedback to positive, I will not sell to you again because the false feedback causes me to lose business and I cannot afford it because I have to provide life saving medicines for my husband who is a stroke patient. PLEASE REVISE.
