Despite them being on holiday, when I messaged and ordered, I got immediate responses and incredibly helpful too. I was reassured that my order would arrive on a set day, which courier used, both exactly as promised. The order was extremely well packaged, no damage to contents during transit. Not everything in life today runs as smoothly as this, a breath of fresh air to have bought from a company so professional, caring too.
