I think this was a shipping issue, though, and it was easily rectified with some pliers. This things works perfectly for what I needed / wanted. I've been playing Descent, Overload, and MechWarrior using this HOTAS, and it's working beautifully for all of them. It both shipped and arrived faster than I expected. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.
