Less than a week and I have a high quality custom bound hardcover. Their communication and customer service is top notch. The packaging for their books isn’t done by them and seems like it could be more secure, but I can’t even complain because my book arrived in perfect condition. Box is too big with only loose paper for padding, which did not do much. No bubblewrap. Based on experience, Amazon is horrible at packaging books even when you order directly from them. Positive review is for the seller, who approved a full refund immediately and was 100% communicative all the way. Did not hassle the buyer to return the damaged item and said to enjoy the book.
