That was probably the mail, but I opened a case thinking it was lost. The seller never responded. Finally, the item “arrived” - in a poster tube. I opened it to find a sports team poster that is given away for free & not the autographed photo I purchased. I contacted the seller being willing to purchase the item AGAIN if he has the original item. He blames me, says he didn’t send a poster. WHAT?!
