I guess the seller ships every order once a week, so you may have to wait a little for your order to be dispatched but as soon as it got dispatched shipping information and tracking was readily available. For Switzerland I had to pay importation duties. Great experience overall though, would buy again from this seller.

However, one thing I think they really need to improve is communication with buyers. I sent messages but never received any replies, which at times made me worried and even consider canceling the order. Fortunately, after waiting another 3–4 days, the tracking was updated and the item was delivered, which put my mind at ease.
