I contacted the seller and at first they were very responsive and promised to send a replacement shade instead of going through the refund process. I received the tracking information the very next day but now it has been over a week and the tracking info is still at the "label created" stage and they haven't responded to my emails. Overall, I really like the lamp but the customer service has been really disappointing. Beware if purchasing.

- u***l (335)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Ultimi 6 mesiAcquisto verificatoListing was not as described, seller sent me the wrong paint and when I let the seller know the issue, I was forced to overly explain how they were in the wrong and sent proof just to have the seller go silent and not trying to rectify the error at any compacity.. no refund etc. the paint they sent is only $10 on tons of listings but the paint I was charged for is $30.. the pricing is clearly for a reason, not just "because the manufacturing labels changed" the model numbers prove that also..
