I sent the seller pictures of the box and item. They were quick to respond a send a new one . I"ve read other reviews about the mounting holes on the bracket being misaligned during the welding and assembly and they were right on that. I have to cut the gusseted welds and twist the bracket to make the holes line up with the bumper bolts but works great now .For Ford F-150 2015-2020 Rear Bumper Side Bed Step Retractable BedStep (N° 286450904919)
