The item was generally as described. Overall it presented a reasonable value. The challenge was communication. The seller's rep was responsive and prompt although my requests were not fully addressed. I requested a full RTR boat and stated that I was prepared to pay for that condition. It was agreed to yet the item arrived in "almost ready to run condition" and thus assembly was required.
