The battery report that I ran indicates a full charge of only 10568 mWh with a design capacity of 41998 mWh. The computer shuts down after less than an hour of use on battery, so I ordered a replacement which has not yet come. The computer should have come with a new battery or almost new battery. It is frustrating to have to fix the computer even before you can use it.

Emailed pics to the seller, they responded promptly and we agreed to a new face plate. Part arrived a few days later in perfect condition, I installed and we are up and running. They emailed me a shipping label, I shipped the item back and they shipped me the correct one. My item was received as described. I am pleased with the professionalism of the seller. The FedEx shipping only took two days. Unfortunately, there was an issue of a missing Wi-Fi dongle and optical drive. Customer service was great and shipped the missing items within two days. Again unfortunately, they shipped them USPS snail mail and took over a week to get them. I felt they should have placed a higher priority on something that was due to their error.
