It was described as being new, which it was as evident by still being in the original plastic packaging. It did not have any noticeable damage, and its appearance met/exceeded my expectations. The disc inside was correctly in place and had no scratches. The item arrived quickly (4 days) and was packaged well, being in a box stuffed with paper as a cushion. Additionally, the cost for it being new and in original packaging seemed quite reasonable.
