Unfortunately, when I was removed the dirty water tank, a small plastic piece broke off. It wasn't the fault of the seller or myself. It was just something that happened. I received an immediate response to correct my situation by a person who was knowledgeable and pleasant. I returned the shampooer and was credited with my full purchase price. I won't hesitate to purchase from this site again.
