Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed because of USPS (weather conditions) not the seller. The packaging was as good as any I have seen, and the computer is in better condition than promised. It operated perfectly as soon as I started it up. It came with a nice note from the seller promising assistance with any setup questions or problems. Computer was as advertised, with several asked-for software tweaks. (Thanks!) Computer fired-up fine, and seems to be working well. Machine seems to be a good value, especially as Microsoft seems to be forcing people off of Windows onto Linux via Recall. In contacts, seller was prompt, courteous, and helpful. I would buy-from him, again...
