Well-packed, no wasted space, everything there as listed. Seller's note included contact info and said he would be happy to assist if needed. Unpacked it, hooked it up and it worked. Happy buyer (non-techie user trying Linux Mint).

Computer was as advertised, with several asked-for software tweaks. (Thanks!) Computer fired-up fine, and seems to be working well. Machine seems to be a good value, especially as Microsoft seems to be forcing people off of Windows onto Linux via Recall. In contacts, seller was prompt, courteous, and helpful. I would buy-from him, again...

Seller was very helpful trying to troubleshoot the issues, but a replacement was sent in very quick order. Would highly recommend this seller based on his response to my issues.
