This 28-millimeter Nikon lens gives you the manual focus required to achieve perfect content whether you’re shooting at home, in nature, or in an urban environment.This equipment measures approximately 3.2 inches by 4.3 inches and weighs about 25.7 ounces. The focal length is 28 millimeters, which allows for a wide perspective. The minimum aperture is f/32 and the maximum is f/3.5. You can move from min to the max in half-f-stop increments. The turn is smooth and easy, and you can feel and hear the click as it moves into a new position. The maximum angle of view in the DX-format is 61 degrees, and in the FX-format, it’s 84 degrees. This Nikon lens is suitable for both DSLR and SLR cameras. In addition to DX and FX, it is compatible with 35-millimeter film and FX in DX crop mode.This is a tilt-shift lens that features an ultra-wide angle in addition to tilt and shift. That makes it well suited to landscapes, cityscapes, interior and exterior architecture, and so forth. The three perspectives, tilt, shift, and rotation, are fully usable at all angles. This gives you great control not only over perspective but also focus and depth of field. The unit is built to last as well and should hold up no matter how adventurous your shoots are.This combination lets you quickly adjust the focal plane regardless of your camera's position. You can bring an entire landscape into view, focus on a particular subject, or offset anomalies. The PC-E NIKKOR technology helps ensure great image quality at all times as well. The glass is specifically tailored to reproduce color and sharpness in a precise manner regardless of environmental factors.The Nano Crystal Coat that these lenses have is an anti-reflective coating developed by Nikon. The advantage of this crystal coat is that it avoids practically all internal reflections regardless of the wavelength. This unit also features ED or extra-low dispersion glass. In combination with conventional optical glass, ED helps correct chromatic aberrations common to photography. It also features aspherical elements, which is the use of non-spherical surfaces to avoid certain kinds of aberration. One final feature worth noting is the rear focusing system. By moving only the rear group during the process, this system design allows for faster focusing and a shorter lens length.You’ll get certain accessories in addition to the Nikon PC-E NIKKOR 28mm f3.5 camera lens itself. Along with an owner’s manual and a quick start guide, these accessories include an HB-41 bayonet hood and a CL-1120 flexible pouch. This soft pouch with drawstring closure will protect your lenses when they are not in use. The hood helps to eliminate nonessential light in order to achieve more saturated photos.
