They opened a case and of course we decided to give the customer a full refund and cancel the rest of the orders that were made later on. Reason to this is because the address seems to be unreliable, being that there is a 50% chance that the package will arrive or maybe not. We cannot sustain such a loss in high shipping costs when the buyer is international and there is no coverage paid on their part so we cannot claim to the postal office
