This is the 3rd one I've purchased from this seller. The other two were fine. This one has some aberrant behaviors like: (1) Fan does not function properly-turns on wrong times and fails to turn on sometimes; (2) HDDScan software does not recognize this enclosure. Easy return with label provided by seller. So I ordered anotther of this same item. Thank you.

The Sabrent branded shipping envelope has perforations for easy opening. As it turns out, United Parcel Service entirely ripped open the shipping envelope at the perforations for some reason but all was ultimately okay because the product carton inside was factory shrink wrapped and that remained intact.
